How to Make Money Off of a Timeshare

Take note of the condition of the timeshare before buying. Do not get involved with a property that will require heavy maintenance. The less money you have to spend, the more profit you will make. Some states, like Hawaii, require timeshare holders to pay annual maintenance fees.
Purchase your timeshare during “cooling off” periods. These occur in most areas in the United States during months where vacation travel is limited. In many places, September and October are two of the best months to buy a timeshare for a fair price.
Find properties that have flexible usage plans. It is good to invest in timeshares with units in several locations, if possible.
Steer clear of timeshares that have strict limitations on reselling. With so many options in timeshares, getting stuck in a situation that is uncomfortable and difficult to manage is unacceptable.
Organize your deed and property title. Time limits exist on many timeshare ownerships, so act as promptly as possible. You must know all of your rights regarding the specific details of management.
Sublease your timeshare when you are not using the property. Obviously, the longer you have use of the timeshare the more you can sublease it. If you want to make large profits from your timeshare you have to adapt your lifestyle and vacation time to fit a strong subleasing schedule.

How to Become an Alaskan Bush Pilot (5 Steps)

Get your PPL. This is the first license you must have to demonstrate that you can fly your own plane without having someone in there with you. Without this license, becoming an Alaskan bush pilot is impossible.
Obtain your CPL. Once you have this license, you can become a pilot that flies freight, packages, mail, and other contents to distant locations. A lot of companies will hire pilots with their CPL to get their materials to places that larger planes could never reach.
Get your ATPL if you want to fly people around. This is the final license required to be a full bush pilot who can fly cargo as well as people. This one is the most difficult because now you have people's lives in your hands.
Take advanced flight training classes. There are classes that are a few days long and others that are a week long. These classes will teach you how to maneuver in tight areas, such as in Alaska, as well as handle in more extreme weathers.
Purchase a plane. This is incredibly important because the kind of plane you get will determine what you can do. Get too large a plane and you won't be able to land in very isolated places. On the flip side, if you get too small a plane, you won't be able to carry a large load or numerous people. Do your research on the proper plane for the type of business you want to run.

How to Get Paid to Make Crafts and Make Money

Selling Your Crafts OnlineIf you have a crafting hobby this may be the best way to earn money. Chances are you are already experienced and an expert at your craft. You can sign up to sell your masterpieces online and set your own prices. The best places to sell your crafts online are ArtFire.com, Etsy.com, eBay.com, or Mintd.com.
Writing Tutorials About Your CraftMany crafting websites will pay you to write about making your crafts. Simply write specific instructions including the materials needed, skills needed, time it takes to make the craft and a step by step instructions. Several websites pay top dollar for these crafting tutorials including youcanmakethis.com, betterbudgetting.com, craftbits.com, or submit your tutorial here at eHow.com.
Making and Selling Crafts Back to the CompanyThere are a few legitimate companies that sell you kits and then purchase the finished craft products back when they are complete. There is some upfront cost to purchasing the kits, so be careful to only do this if you can afford the kits and are certain the company is legitimate. The companies I personally know to be legitimate include the desciplescross.com and magicalgiftdollhouses.com.

How to Earn Multiple Income Streams of $5.00 a Day

Concentrate on your interests. There are several ways to earn money online that wont cost you a penny while others, such as niche blogging will cost very little. By writing about your interests for sites such eHow, selling affiliate products on Squidoo or creating niche blogs and monetizing them you can build up multiple income streams over time. check the resource section below for more information on niche blogging and freelance writing on sites such as eHow.
Find a mentor. Check out forums on places such as eHow and Wahm.com and after a while you will get an idea who the successful earners are. Chances are they have a blog with plenty of followers.
Educate yourself. See if your mentor offers an e-book or course available that maps out what they are doing. You can also find mentors who will offer free information on their blogs. Check the resource section for more information.
Stay in your comfort zone-sort of. I know that many will disagree but if you join something that makes you uncomfortable then you are setting yourself up for failure. For example, if you are uncomfortable at the prospect of cold calling then sales wouldn't be for you. However, once you do find something that you enjoy then you will be more willing to step out of your comfort zone.
Set attainable goals. Start with one project that is proven to earn money and stay with it until you consistently earn five dollars a day. Once you are consistently earning five dollars a day move on to another project.
Keep older projects updated. You may have several niche blogs each earning $5.00 a day but you still need to update them. While most of your attention is going to be on your current projects you want to schedule a little time each week maintaining your past projects.
Don't give up. Residual income takes time to build. For example, if you write for eHow you may start by earning a pennies a day. However, as you keep writing and build a nice library of how-to articles you may find that after a while those pennies start turning into dollars.
