How to Make Money Online With Affiliate Programs and No Money
In this article I'm going to show you how to make money online with affiliate programs without spending any money on marketing or a website. If you've ever tried marketing an affiliate program before, you know that it usually takes alot of traffic in order for them to work. I will be teaching you how to use the powerful SEO capabilities of blogs combined with the awesome domino effects of social bookmarking sites to generate the necessary traffic to your blog pages in order to get affiliate sales and hence make money online without spending any money.
The first thing you'll want to do is setup a blog which you can do for free at Blogger.com,Wordpress.com,Livejournel.com. There's actually tons of free blog hosting websites. If I had to recommend one it would be wordpress, but that's because its the one I personally use for my blog. You can also do a Google search on 'Free Blog' and you'll definitely find what you need. After that you'll just follow the instructions from the blog host you choose, in order to get it setup. I know Wordpress offers alot of free templates that you can immediately use,and have your blog up in just minutes.
The next thing you'll want to do is find some good paying affiliate programs. You can find a ton of them at affiliatescout.com for any industry that you like or you can do a good ole Google search for them as well. For those of you who don't know what affiliate programs are. Affiliate programs are put together by companies in order to help promote whatever it is they're selling and when you sign up for them they give you what is called an affiliate link that's coded with your information so when somebody clicks on it and purchases a product or service from that site, you the affiliate get a certain percentage of that sale.
Once you find an affiliate program you like, the trick is to write a good informative, keyword rich article on the product or service you're trying to promote with your affiliate links placed within it. You can place it in the middle of your article copy, in certain spots or at the end. Whichever you feel comfortable with.Just make sure its in there somewhere. The reason you want to do it this way is so that Google will rank it high for the keywords you're wanting it to come up in. In other words you want your blog entry that you just wrote to end up on the front page or as close to it as possible for what ever it is you're writing about to get the most traffic. For example let's say you've signed up with an affiliate program that rents movies out online. A good idea would be to write about the benefits of renting movies online and then at the end point out how the particular company that you're promoting would be the best one to go with and then provide your affiliate links at the end.
Now, for the promotion part of it. You 'll first want to go to blogsearch.google.com/ping and submit your blog url address. Do this everytime you write a new post. This will help you get it indexed in Google very quickly in order to get free traffic. The next promotional tactic is to submit your blogpost to social bookmark sites - Digg.com,Mixx.com,Reddit.com,and Propellar.com because Google crawls these sites 24 hours a day. It will go though there and pick up your blog post.If it's keyword rich and informative it will get indexed within 24 hours conservatively speaking, but usually within a couple of hours. Not just indexed though, but indexed on the first or second page for the keyword searches of your post which will generate a ton of free traffic back to your site. I will admit this doesn't work everytime, but it has worked more times than it has not, and that's usually because I didn't get it right on point. For the most part if you write a good informative, keyword rich post it will get indexed to the first or second page of Google under your keywords. Because Google is an information provider, and if you provide it with good information it will reward you by ranking your post to the top or front of it's page index because it will think that your post is the best solution to the person's query or search request. Then this will likely lead to a ton of targeted traffic to your site for the article post you just wrote and increase the likelyhood that your affiliate links will get clicked on, and then them purchasing from your affilate site thus making you money.
This doesn't always work perfectly, but it works most of the time and is the best way I know to make money online with affiliate programs without spending any of your own money. Also there are a ton more social bookmarking sites, and they can be found at socialmarker.com. You can submit to all of them and increase your exposure. The ones I listed above are the ones I've found to be the most effective for quick results, though. I also chose the blog method because they are very search engine friendly and help to give you good page rankings on Google and other search engines.

How to Buy a Motel
Prove to a lender that you are capable of running a motel. Even if you are interested in purchasing a small motel, in addition to general management skills, you will need to understand basic bookkeeping and accounting concepts, be able to create a budget, keep accurate financial records, promote a favorable public image of the motel and communicate well with people.
Find out as much as you can about the motel you are interested in buying. Ask how long the motel has been in business and how long it has been under the management of the current owner. Ask why the owner is selling. Ask for the motel's financial records for at least the past three years.
Get the advice of an accountant or attorney who can examine any financial documents related to the day-to-day operation of the motel. Choose someone knowledgeable in the hospitality industry who can help you determine the value of the business. Take a look at other motels in the area. Educate yourself as much as you can about the local competition.
Make an offer once you verify the financials. Make the purchase contingent upon you getting the financing. Know what you can afford going in. This is also the time to specify any other conditions of sale. For example, you might request that the current owner make certain repairs or alterations before the date of closing. The overall condition of the property is a critical factor in determining the price.
Negotiate a sale price, amount of deposit and a settlement date. A sales contract signed by the seller gives you the option to buy the motel subject to each of the conditions as specified in the contract. Don't be afraid to negotiate the selling price. While most sellers expect to receive offers lower than what they are asking, be both realistic and fair in the offer you make. Although the final price a seller will accept varies in each situation, some sellers will accept as much as 20 percent lower than the asking price.
Secure financing. Even though a lender will consider the motel itself as one form of collateral, you may have to put up your house as additional security. Aside from having good credit, the lender will want to see proof that the motel will generate enough cash flow each month to pay the bills, including any loans secured to purchase the business. If you can show that the motel takes in more income each month than the money it pays out in expenses, you should be able to qualify for a loan. Lenders typically consider the motel industry a safe investment.
