How to Make Money on eBay the Simple Way (9 Steps)
Sign up for an eBay account by going to the main eBay site and clicking the 'Register' link. Provide the requested information to establish the account, and create a username and a secure password. Guard your password carefully, since an individual who guesses your password could host auctions on your behalf, or even accept payment for fraudulent items. Your eBay reputation is critical to your success, so take steps to protect your online identity by choosing a password that is hard to guess, and by changing your password often.
Establish a Paypal account as well. You need to have a Paypal account in place so you can accept payments from online buyers. Just go to the Paypal website and enter the required information to sign up for an account.
Search your home for unwanted and unneeded items. Clean out the utility room, the basement, the attic, the garage and any other storage spaces. Bring all of your items into one area of your home and pick out the ones that are still usable. Throw the rest of the items away.
Create a list of all the items you have to sell, then check the final selling price of similar items on eBay. EBay has a 'Completed Listings' feature members can use to check the prices of similar items. Make sure you enter a complete description, including the model number if you have it. This will give you a more accurate list of sold items and their prices. Although you are not guaranteed to get similar prices, checking the completed listings can give you an idea of what to expect.
Set up an area to take photographs of your items. Good photos are a must on eBay, since your buyers will want to see what they are bidding on. Use an attractive cloth in a color that will complement and contrast with the item well. Don't use a yellow cloth as the background for a gold ring, for instance. It is important that the item you are selling stand out in each photo. Take high-quality pictures of each item, then bring your list of items with you to the computer.
Log on to your eBay account and go to the selling section. Choose an appropriate category for each item, then type a thorough description of the item and upload your photographs. Provide as much information as you can about each item, since buyers will rely on that information to determine whether they want to bid on your product.
Check your auctions frequently and respond to any buyer questions promptly. EBay has a feature that allows buyers and sellers to ask each other questions about the items up for bid. Check your auctions for questions at least one or two times a day, and always respond to questions right away.
Send an email to each winning bidder after the auction has ended to let them know they have won the item. EBay sends an email to the buyer as well, along with payment instructions. Always ship your items promptly, as soon as payment is received, and send a personal email to the buyers to let them know their items are on the way.
Continue to use eBay to clean out your home and closet. As you get a feel for which items sell well on eBay, you can begin to purchase items for resale at yard sales, thrift stores and local auctions. You can also ask friends and neighbors if they have items they would like to sell on eBay.

How to Design Your Own Morton Building (9 Steps)
List all of the things that you might want to include in your barn. Figure out the maximum number of animals you may want to house and jot that down. Include in your list an area that will be large enough to ride a horse for an indoor arena or round pen. List spaces in which you want to keep equipment (tractors etc.) and feed. Add a locker room for tack, if that is needed. Add an outside overhang for a wash bay.
Sketch out the design from an overhead view, including all of the items on your list, including all walkways and driveways. Figure out all of the dimensions that are going to be needed, allowing 4 inches thickness for each wall. Make sure that the sum will fit on your designated property. Determine the location and size needed for the doors.
Determine where you will need electricity and plumbing and insert that into the design.

How to Become a Work
Sign up as an affiliate with any online company you have interest in. Look for a company that pays a percentage for each sale. You can check out the link in references to start making money right away if you do not already have a company in mind. Once you start making money, reinvest in the company and buy its wholesale products out right. Mark up products to make more money per sale. Review all the details of each affiliate program, as explained on its website.
Sign up for a separate email account to link with your business. This will make it easier to keep tabs on each sale.
Market the products a number of ways. Start with posting your affiliate product links in free ad spaces on the web. You can find a number of websites that allow you to post articles on their sites. Post your affiliate link everywhere you can. You can even put it in emails and on your favorite social networking sites. Chat in forums and look for relevant topics relating to your items. Find people in need of your products, then simply help them get the products.
Focus on a few key products you feel are interesting to you and your potential buyer. Write some 'lenses' (overview webpages) on 'Squidoo' or post a blog. Be sure to always include your link so you will get paid. Get creative with your marketing. The more people you can find that would buy your products, the better your chances are of making money.
Use key words when writing about the items you are promoting. If your articles and blogs contain specific key words relating to the items you distribute, your chance of a sale will be more probable.
Once you have made some money, reinvest in a proprietary wholesale distributorship. This was briefly mentioned in Step 1. You will buy products in bulk so you can mark them up and sell them at a higher profit margin. The percentage will be determined by supply and demand for that item, so it will vary. Use your spreadsheet program to keep up with the best price for each item. You will need to experiment a bit to figure out the perfect formula.
Use eBay or build a niche website to promote your products and get more sales. Stick with whatever works best out of all these suggested methods. Try any or all of them; it's up to you how you conduct your distributor business.
