How to Become a Certified Mediator in Florida
Familiarize yourself with the types of Florida certified mediators and the certification point system. Florida certifies four types of mediators: county court, family, circuit court, and dependency. Each type must earn a total of 100 points across three point categories: mediation training, education/mediation experience and mentorship from other mediators. The category point requirements vary slightly for each type of mediation. Refer to the 'How to Become a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator' certification guide for detailed point requirements (see References 1).
Attend a required mediation training program. Each type of mediator must complete an authorized training program in that area of mediation. For example, if you want to do mediation in circuit-court cases, you need to complete a course in circuit-court mediation. Refer to the certification guide for a list of approved programs. Each type of mediator receives the required 30 training points when completing a course.
Make a plan to earn at least 25 points for education and mediation experience. The only exception to this is a county-court mediator, who needs only 10 points. Educational degrees start at 10 points for a high school degree. You can fill this 25-point requirement with any master's degree. Refer to the certification guide for other degree-based point values.
Obtain a higher degree or mediation work experience to make up any deficit in the 25-point requirement for education and work experience. You may earn a maximum of 5 points for completing at least 100 mediations over a consecutive 5-year period. However, you may earn 1 point per year that you complete at least 15 mediations as a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator. This additional rule applies to mediators who are already certified but seek to obtain an additional type of Florida mediation certification.
Obtain at least 60 mentorship points for county-court mediation certification, 30 points for circuit-court certification, 40 points for dependency certification and 30 points for family certification. You earn 5 points for observing each mediation session of the same type for which you are seeking certification. Earn 10 points for each mediation session that you complete under the supervision of a certified mediator. Mentorship sessions must include at least two certified mediators.
Earn any necessary additional points to reach your 100-point requirement. The three categories for each type of certification do not add up to 100 except in the case of county-court mediators. You need additional points somewhere in those categories to add up to 100 points. You may earn more than the minimum per category by obtaining more education, experience, or mentoring. The certification guide also has some miscellaneous ways to earn points.

How to Make Money in the Used
Visit your local Small Business Administration office to find out what legal steps you need to take before selling used cars in your area. It's best to handle these things first so you don't have to pay legal fees later.
Find used cars in your area to sell. Look for cars whose owners have written sale information on the windows as well as cars listed for sale in newspaper classifieds and on websites like eBay and Craigslist. Check a car guide like Edmunds or 'Kelley Blue Book' to make sure the owner is selling at or below the suggested price for the car in its current condition. Ensuring this, will increase your potential profit.
Contact sellers and arrange to meet and inspect their cars. Look over each car carefully to find any damage on the exterior and interior. Drive the car to check for strange noises, problems with the transmission and any other signs of excessive wear. Buy the car and title only if you can inexpensively repair the damage.
Restore the car to like-new condition. Use a repair manual to help fix any problems with the car's function. Mend tears in the interior, vacuum, polish the dashboard and wash the exterior. Don't attempt to deceive potential buyers by resetting the speedometer or otherwise lying, but make the car as attractive as possible.
Advertise the car in local classified ads and on sites like eBay and Craigslist. List a sale price that is more than the total of what you paid for the car and how much you spent to restore it. This is how you'll make a profit.
Respond to buyer inquiries immediately. The sooner you respond, the sooner you can make a profit and move on to buying more cars to sell. Invite the prospect to inspect the car as you did when you bought it, and point out the like-new condition and other positive aspects of the car.
Move the buying process along as quickly as possible to decrease the chance of the prospect changing his mind. For example, arrange to receive payment as soon as he says he wants to buy the car. Give the car title to the buyer after you receive the cash for the car.

How to Get Paid to Click Ads
Getting paid to click on ads is entirely possible. Earnings are also often deceiving. Many sites offer 1 cent or less a click. These sites are perfectly sustainable and are the websites you should focus on. Anything more than that will be a scam. The sites that allow you to get paid by clicking on the advertisements advertisers buy are called paid to click sites, generally known as ptc sites. There is a great guide to paid to click sites here and in the resources section. http://www.squidoo.com/Bestpaidtoclicks
Now sign up for sites. Signing up for sites is simple and all you have to submit is some simple information before you start clicking ads and earning some revenue.
Go to surf ads page or earnings area once you have registered for the site. There should be 4 or more advertisements available. This may not seem like much however your own clicks is often where you do not make most of your money on paid to click sites. *** Clicking is important however if you want to earn money for your referrals clicks.
Now its time to keep making some more money!! Go to the refer a member section or banners section of the site and use these to promote your referral link. This is how you will gain members to your downline earning you what you earn per click for their clicks.
Now just keep clicking your ads daily and try to get some referrals under you. Good luck and happy clicking!!
