I personaly love newspaper ads, they are very effective and very targeted, Classified ads in local papers and bi-weekly papers are a great traffic generating source to get targeted visiters to your affiliate site. A second stratagy I use is free online ad fourums. These site allow you to post your product or opertunity, in return you see others oppertunities. But one of the best so far is article writing. Many article writing sites allow you to post a byline where you can ad your affiliate website links, this is a great way to get your site infront of people interested in what you have to offer.
Sometimes these affiliate sites offer you 800 numbers with fliers and other print media like business cards, post cards and such. hanging fliers is another great way of getting info out about your site. Be sure to ask permission before you hang or pass out a flier if you are on private property.
